Make Multy Enter Detaction and kick function

1- make a timer and make it refresh room list every 4 or 5 second
2- creat 2 listbox first 1 to get list on refresh and the second to keep normal ids list (regular users)
3- in data arrival add this

now what we had done here see if some one entered then we make list2 count equal 2 list1 count b4 the user enterd then we call new list of the room.
3-now as we got new list we should compare the new list with old one b4 user enter and if the deffrence more than 3 then multy detected right? do what ever u want now
